| How to Operate in the Metaverse | I sometimes get an alert that says “FPS is below ⚪︎”. What should I do? | This is an alert due to the specs of your computer. To resolve it, go to the menu bar, select 「Other」 → 「Advanced Settings」 → 「Other」 and adjust the maximum resolution to a level that remains comfortable to view. Even if an alert appears, it does not force you to log out, so you may ignore it if it does not seem to be a problem for your operation. |

| How to Operate in the Metaverse | Can I customize the appearance of my avatar? | You can set up a personal avatar with customized gender and clothing by preparing in advance. *We may ask you not to use your personal avatar during events or when many people are expected to attend, as it will place an excessive load on the metaverse system. |
| How to Operate in the Metaverse | How can I create a personal avatar? | Please follow the steps below to create your avatar. If you already have a .vrm file, you can use it as is.※Please note that during events where many participants are expected, we may ask you to refrain from using personal avatars to avoid placing excessive load on the metaverse system. 1 Create an avatar 1.1 Download and extract the application from Vroid Studio (https://vroid.com/studio) 1.2 Launch the application 1.3 Create a new avatar ・Select a base (male/female) ・Select a face, hairstyle, body shape, etc. (use the options on the left and the sliders on the right to adjust the settings) 1.4 Export（at the top right）-> VRM Export ・Choose format 0.0 and enter a suitable title and other settings ・ Export and save the file in an easily accessible location (as a .vrm file) 2 Metaverse Setup (Avatar Upload) 2.1 Enter a room and select “Others” on the right side. ・Avatar Settings -> My Avatar -> Create Avatar ・ Upload GLB/VRM avatar -> Select desired vrm file -> Save 2.2 Your avatar will appear under the “My Avatar” tab.
