Expectations for the Osaka-Kansai Expo

As an educational institution, we hope that more young people—who will lead the society of the future—will actively engage with the Osaka-Kansai Expo. Exposure to new values broadens their horizons. We look forward to seeing the seeds of future innovation sown at the Expo blossom through these young individuals, enriching lives and enhancing society in the years to come.

Expectations for DOIC

One of Japan’s most pressing challenges is the creation of innovative breakthroughs that enhance international competitiveness. Achieving this requires active dialogue and collaboration across disciplines—spanning natural sciences, humanities, social sciences—as well as engagement between faculty, students, and industry engineers. We expect DOIC to play a central role in fostering such industry-academia-government co-creation opportunities, particularly through platforms like the metaverse.
