The Digital Open Innovation Campus (hereinafter referred to as “DOIC”) operates the DOIC website (pages starting with https://doic.jp/en/; hereinafter referred to as “this site”) in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Regulations of Institute of Science Tokyo. In addition to these regulations, this site is provided under the following policies.
DOIC collects information from users of this site, to the extent necessary for the smooth operation of the services provided on the site (such as information dissemination, feedback reception, etc.). The collected information is utilized and managed by DOIC and is handled appropriately within the scope of the intended use.

When submitting opinions, suggestions, inquiries, etc., to DOIC, the sender may voluntarily provide personal information such as their name, address, and phone number. Additionally, the email address of the sender will be displayed to the recipient of the inquiry email.
